Allyson is the Managing Partner for Bodka Creek Capital, LLC. Under her leadership, the firm has grown to over $100M in Asset Under Management across over 1000 Multifamily Units in the Sun Belt Region. Her strategic focus on Value Add opportunities and community building have yielded strong returns for investors across each portfolio asset.

Prior to Bodka, Allyson worked in the Development Group for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, underwriting and redeveloping hotels, retail spaces and theme parks in the multi billion-dollar asset portfolio. She also covered the Senior Living Sector as a Summer Investment Analyst for T. Rowe Price.

Between those experiences and founding Bodka Creek, she led numerous teams as a Project Leader with Boston Consulting Group, executing complex strategic projects that launched new products into market, renegotiated cost bases for organizations, and helped secure the 2028 Olympic Games for the City of Los Angeles. She also served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in the Corporate Finance practice and an investment banker at Merrill Lynch.

Allyson holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University. She is also an alumni of Project REAP (Real Estate Associate Program) and a Member of the Urban Land Institute. In her free time, she serves on the Board of the Camilla Foundation, is an Underwriter for the Houston Grand Opera, and is an active member of the Junior League.
